Glass beads Sintering
  • Sintering done at 710°C in sintering furnace as per sintering profile of glass material

  • In house glass sealing furnace for making glass-tometal seals
  • High quality glass seal with hermeticity above 10-9 atm cc/sec is achieved
  • Glass seal is formed around the pins maintaining isolation from the package body with the hermetic joint

Electroplating

We provied high quality tailor made plating bath. In BHOSCH we do Nickel Plating & Gold Plating plus selective gold plating ( On Pins ) facility is also available. All Plating process meets AMS-QQ-N-290(nickel) and MIL-G- 45204(gold) compliance. The plating thickness measurement is done in house using XRF Analyzer
